We specialize in the restoration, repair, and service of timepieces of all kinds. For more than 55 years, our family-owned shop has been trusted by jewelry stores and watch collectors around the world to care for their most prized watches. We provide expert repair, restoration, and servicing for virtually any watch. While our deepest expertise lies in mechanical timepieces and vintage LED electronic modules, we have the skill and experience to work on nearly every type of watch. Whether it’s a daily wearer, a cherished heirloom, or a rare collector’s piece, every timepiece is treated with the attention and precision it deserves. We primarily operate as an online and mail-in service, which allows us to work with clients nationwide and internationally. For customers in our local area, appointments are available upon request.

Our simple mail-in process makes professional watch repair accessible from anywhere. We specialize in complex restorations and challenging repairs. While every watch must be evaluated individually, we’ve found that many timepieces others consider beyond repair can often be restored with the right approach.

I read online about how this shop is primarily a mail-order business but that they had a local presence in Utah where I live, so I took my new watch in to have the band re-sized since I work 8 minutes away. The GPS took me to a very nice neighborhood of large, new townhomes. In this beautiful, large, modern townhome in a very nice part of Lehi was a corner, nestled among the modern accoutrements and furniture, that seemed untouched by the centuries. A watch repair shop, with well-worn but functional tools. It was a trip to see. The owner was kind and helped resize my watch while his son told me how his father and mother and grandfather had all been watchmakers and how he hopes to keep it going. They did quality work and I love supporting people like that. Highly recommend.

Family owned business, both husband and wife are credentialed and certified. They are the only place I take my Rolex, Breitling and Omega to be Warranty serviced and repaired. Local jewelry stores ship their watches here so skip the middle man. They repair grandfather clocks, cuckoo clocks, wristwatches, and even my great-grandfather’s ancient Pocket watch. Friendly, very knowledgeable, great prices, honest and reliable. I recommend!!

I have a very small but pretty diverse collection of watches, and Jorge has serviced most of them. He really appreciates watches of all kinds and understands that no matter what watch you bring him--whether it's a vintage Omega automatic, a beater quartz diver, or a 1980s Freestyle digital--they all mean more to their owners than what they cost in dollars. I've had him service all three of the above watches mentioned, and he has welcomed me into his workshop (also his home) to see him work on them. He treats them all with equal and incredible care. I would recommend Time Keeper to anyone needing watch service, whether it's for a new battery or repairing the broken crown stem in the heirloom watch your father or grandfather passed down to you.
