From request to return

How mail-in watch repair works

  1. Start your request

Tell us the make and model of your watch, describe the problem, and add photos if you have them. Use the shipping instructions supplied through your request.

  2. Pack and send your watch

Arrange and pay for inbound shipping. Protect your watch with suitable cushioning and follow our packing guide. Confirm that your chosen shipping service and coverage are suitable for your watch’s replacement value.

  3. Review your estimate

We evaluate your watch before providing a repair estimate. The cost and timing depend on its condition, the work required, and parts availability. Repair work begins after you approve the estimate.

  4. Repair and return

After the approved repair, we coordinate return delivery with you by phone or email and confirm the declared value before shipping.

Clear shipping arrangements

Sending your watch to us

You arrange and pay for inbound shipping. We recommend coverage for the full replacement value of your watch. Confirm coverage and any watch-specific exclusions with your carrier or insurer before shipping.

Return shipping included

We include insured return shipping on approved repairs, including international returns. Exceptionally high-value watches may require an additional shipping charge, which we discuss with you before arranging shipment.

If you decline the estimate

We discuss return shipping and insurance charges with you. The amount depends on the shipment and the value of the watch. Contact us before sending your watch if you have questions about evaluation fees or a repair that may not be possible.

International or high-value shipments

Contact us before shipping so we can discuss arrangements for your watch. For international shipments, confirm any applicable customs documentation, duties, taxes, and clearance fees before sending. These are separate from shipping charges.
